About My Studio

My personal training studio is a private multi-purpose fitness facility. It can incorporate mixed martial arts, boxing, strength/endurance training as well as fitness nutrition.The environment is cozy, yet functional so if you are someone who wants a non-judgemental space to train in, this would be the right choice for you.

Education

I Have a firm belief in HIIT.  It will increase your flexibility. You'll burn more calories, create detoxification, and reduce the risk of injuries by loosening the muscles which keeps them active and alert. I will help you develop a strong mind, body, and spirit! This can be transferred into your life’s challenges and goals.High-intensity interval training is also one of my core practices. Aside from the well-known benefits HIIT provides, keeping the body guessing by switching it up works wonders toward your true fitness goals.

Self Defense Training

Another important Influence here is self-defense.This type of workout helps create confidence, balance, self-discipline, and self-respect. You will also develop a fighter spirit/street awareness. Your physical conditioning will increase dramatically.
